eBay Rejects Watermarks
Closely allied to the image search is the new requirements which disallow watermarks on images. This is mostly because Google will not show images in its shopping results if they have borders, text or watermarks.
ADVICE: This ruling does not come into effect until March 1st 2018 so there is time to make the necessary changes, and we will be checking and reminding you about these changes as the date looms nearer.

You’re welcome Mary. However, eBay have pulled back from this decision in the last month, so we await to see if they implement this change further down the line.
